  • You should have all important materials, instruments and proper clothing for your stay. Avoiding time delays is important so travel planning in advance is always beneficial. Reserving accommodation which suits your needs and professional commitments should be done in advance.

  • Rude, discourteous and disrespectful behavior should be totally avoided regardless of any situation during business travel. It is basic part of etiquettes to behave as well-mannered individual.

  • It is important to maintain good relationships with peers and subordinates and other people from different companies to survive and grow professionally.

  • While travelling abroad for business purpose, certain things which are to be taken care of are working schedule, time zones, holidays, and language and food customs.

  • For every meeting it is advisable to inform people in advance the duration, main agenda of the meeting and the points which will be covered in meeting.
